complaints

We aim to give you an excellent learning experience but in case of dissatisfaction this policy provides examples of complaints that may occur for a centre, provider or learner and lays out the process that should be followed in the event of a complaint.

privacy

For Training Providers to be able to meet its statutory responsibilities to provide you with education and training we need to collect data about you, your previous qualifications and your employment status.

examination and invigilation

This policy covers all ILM-approved apprenticeships at Level 3 and 5 and explains the essential requirements to follow before, during and after each examination, together with how examinations are to be invigilated.

malpractice and maladministration

This policy provides the definition, and examples, of Malpractice and Maladministration which may occur in connection with centres, providers or learners, and describes the process for preventing, investigating and dealing with it.

appeals

The policy provides definitions and examples of appeals and outlines the process for making an appeal regarding any issue in relation to your ILM programme or qualification. 

conflict of interest

Azesta recognises tutors/assessors take part in legitimate activities outside their centre roles. This policy outlines the procedures for the disclosure and management of conflicts of interest within our business as an ILM provider.

internal quality assurance

This policy provides equality and fairness for all and applies to current and potential learners and any person or companies associated with the operation of our business.

plagiarism, collusion and cheating

The policy provides the definition, and examples, of plagiarism, collusion and cheating which may occur in connection with centres, providers or learners, and describes the process for preventing, investigating and dealing with plagiarism, collusion and cheating.

reasonable adjustments

Learners with a disability, specific learning need or medical condition might need extra support to help them complete the programme. Assessment standards cannot be changed but reasonable adjustments can be made. 

recognition of prior learning

This policy outlines the Recognised Prior Learning process whereby evidence of a learner’s previous achievements, knowledge, understanding, or skills they already possess is used to demonstrate competence or achievement against a unit or qualification.

equality, diversity and inclusion

This policy outlines our approach to EDI. 

code of conduct

Our code of conduct applies to all the following activities, whether delivered by Azesta / Subcontractor at the workplace, off-site or online.
